The JSD Novel Titan carries EMT's multi-layer core transducer — a two-part coil core on a high-strength titanium carrier enclosing the sapphire cantilever — in a titanium body with DLC coating. Its generator coil is wound from pure silver for a fine, smooth and balanced sound, and the titanium housing dissipates energy cleanly on high-quality tonearms. Hand-built in Switzerland, like every EMT cartridge since 2014.
