The EMT 128 is a micro-tube precision phono stage in the company's long professional tradition. Its all-tube amplification uses micro-tubes originally developed for a US missile application, chosen for their reliability, with integrated input and output transformers. The housing is milled from solid aluminium and carries EMT's airflow and anti-vibration control technology. Stereo and mono modes are selectable, as are RIAA and DIN 78 equalisation curves — a working tool for serious record collections, shellac included.
