The Momentum MxV Integrated Amplifier combines the front-end technology of the Momentum C2 Preamplifier with the power section of the Momentum MxV amplifiers in a two-chassis design, the power supply interlocking with the audio chassis through 30-pin, 30-amp gold-plated connectors. An ultra-quiet 2 kVA linear transformer and a nearly 60,000-microfarad capacitor bank deliver 250 watts per channel into 8 ohms, doubling into 4 and 2 ohms, through an output stage of 28 Relentless-sourced high-speed transistors per channel. Its modular platform accepts optional digital streaming and phonostage modules, and both chassis are machined from solid aluminum with no visible fasteners.
