Magnum Opus arrived in 2014, drawing on more than twenty years of amplifier measurements, and sits above Opus in every respect: a larger carbon fibre network housing with more damping epoxy, network components matched and measured at the limit of what production can control, and calibration to the specific power amplifier. Solid tellurium copper connectors, gold plated, are made to the amplifier and speaker terminals. The housing has a low, wide stance with its mass placed directly over the vibration-dissipating feet. Runs are limited to 20 feet per channel by the design, and every pair is built for a named system. Handcrafted in the USA, recalibration at no charge for the registered owner.
