The LS1c is the flagship of Grimm Audio's LS1 active loudspeaker series, named for the TPCD carbon composite tweeter developed in cooperation with driver manufacturer Seas. Every element of the LS1 design was rebuilt from the ground up, including latest-generation amplifiers, the audio DSP code and dramatically improved crossover phase correction filters informed by the Pure Nyquist filter work of the MU1 and MU2. The result is exceptional integration across the full frequency band, with a cabinet offered in Hi-Macs synthetic stone, bamboo veneer or lacquer finishes.
