The Reference 160S distills the resolution, dynamic impact and finesse of the multiple-award-winning REF160M monoblock into a single stereo chassis. Dual GhostMeters float in front of eight KT150 output tubes, and the amplifier carries over the 160M's proprietary auto-bias circuit, switchable Triode or Ultralinear operation, balanced and single-ended inputs, and output tube monitoring. A four-layer circuit board allows music to emerge from a jet-black background.
