Inspired by the original LS2 line stage of 1992, the modern LS-2 is a pure tube, zero-feedback, pure Class-A design with two 6H30 dual-triode tubes at its heart and no solid-state devices in the signal path. A single gain stage with constant-current cathode bias and a cathode follower delivers the harmonic richness and dimensionality of dual-triode vacuum tubes. An all-new touch-screen display provides input naming, intensity and color adjustment, and user-installable DAC and MM/MC phono cards are optional.
