The Reference 160M MkII is a central pillar of the Reference amplifier range, with a refined audio topology that places fewer, better components in the signal path on a four-layer circuit board. Four KT150 output tubes and four 6H30 drivers deliver 140 watts, with switchable Ultralinear or Triode operation and a proprietary auto-bias circuit that continuously adjusts for tube wear and also accepts 6550, KT88 and KT120 tubes. The trademark GhostMeter serves as a window onto the output tubes while incorporating a power output meter with adjustable brightness.
