The Moon 861 is a North Collection stereo power amplifier with the pedigree of the flagship Moon 888, delivering 300 watts per channel into 8 ohms from a dual-mono layout with MDCA amplification. Two custom low-noise 1500 VA toroidal transformers and 240,000 microfarads of capacitance provide generous headroom, with distortion below 0.001% at full power. RCA and XLR inputs, a stereo/mono selector, and MOONLink coordination complete the package.
