The Moon 461 is the most powerful amplifier in the Compass Collection, an analog design built around the MDCA distortion-cancelling architecture pioneered in the North Collection, with no global feedback. Two dedicated Moon Hybrid Power supply modules, one per channel, give it a true dual-mono layout, and a rear-panel switch selects Stereo, Bridged Mono, or Bi-Amping Mono operation. It delivers 150 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 450 watts in bridged mono.
