The C49 is a solid state preamplifier designed to stay current through its replaceable digital module, shipping with the DA1 Digital Audio Module and upgradeable to the DA2. Thirteen inputs comprise moving coil and moving magnet phono stages, balanced and unbalanced line inputs, and six digital connections powered by an 8-channel 32-bit DAC. Dedicated outputs simplify bi-amping, and home theater pass-through integrates it into a larger system.
