The Series M2-12R extends the M2 range to a full 12 inches, taking advantage of the longer arm to minimise lateral tracking error and the harmonic distortion that accompanies it. A classic J-shaped, thin-walled stainless steel arm tube with internal constrained-layer damping is paired with a detachable S2-R aluminium headshell, a two-stage tungsten counterbalance system and precision ball race bearings throughout.
