The CL-1000 is Luxman's flagship vacuum tube control amplifier, successor to the classic C-1000 of 1975. Its defining technology is LECUTA, a transformer-assisted volume control, joined by super permalloy core output transformers and a full MM/MC phono section with selectable impedance settings. The cabinet is finished in natural walnut with a rosewood gloss.
