The PS2K is a no-compromise powered subwoofer with four 13-inch carbon fiber woofers, each driven by its own 500-watt amplifier for 2,000 watts in total and output beyond 120dB. The drivers use McIntosh's patented LD/HP Magnetic Circuit Design with extra-long voice coils optimized through finite element analysis for extreme linearity. Adjustable high and low pass filters, two-band parametric EQ and continuously variable phase tailor it to the room.
