transparent-reference-rca-interconnect
Transparent Reference RCA Interconnect

Reference RCA is calibrated twice: to the cable's length and type, and to the output impedance of the component driving it, so it is specified as a high or low impedance version for a named source or preamplifier. Networks sit in thin-walled carbon fibre composite modules holding a large mass of damping epoxy. Gold-plated connectors, heavy OFHC stranding, Generation 6 construction, handcrafted in the USA. Registration brings a limited lifetime warranty and recalibration at no charge if a component change requires it.

Specifications

Calibration

Cable length and source output impedance (high or low)

Generation

Generation 6

Made in

Saco, Maine, USA

Network housing

Carbon fibre composite module, epoxy filled

Recalibration

No charge for the original owner with registration

Series

Reference

Terminations

Gold-plated RCA

Upgrade path

XL, Opus, Magnum Opus

Lengths and pricing

Length

Price

1 m pair

$3,800

1.5 m pair

$3,970

2 m pair

$4,140

10 ft pair

$4,480

15 ft pair

$4,980

20 ft pair

$5,480

25 ft pair

$5,980

Each additional 5 ft

+$500

The price shown on this page is the base length.
